You will hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance or Accounting and – for the Investment Director/Senior AD role, preferably 8-10 years+ corporate lending/finance experience gained in a major commercial bank, investment bank, private equity firm or from a debt fund or advisory firm. 3-5 years experience is required for the Analyst/Associate role.

Access to funding will come through a number of channels including balance sheet, institutional investors and funds. 1) Corporate Finance Manager sought to join the team and assume a client facing role across the Funds Management business where you will be responsible for working directly with clients to understand their requirements, business models and industry operation. You will work with businesses to understand the best capital structures and will assist in the delivery of investment and exit options. To be successful you will have likely gained 3-5 years experience in corporate finance or debt advisory from either an investment bank, corporate advisory firm or top tier CA firm and will be able to demonstrate strong financial modelling and transaction experience along with strong client management and presentation skills.

2) Financial Analyst sought to sit within the corporate finance team and support the 3 Funds within the business. As an Analyst you will be required to support the deal team with deep financial analysis and produce complex financial models, capital structure analysis and to provide advice on both investment and exit scenarios from a financial perspective. To be successful you will have likely gained 2-3 years financial modelling experience from either a CA firm, advisory firm or banking platform and have advanced Excel and financial analysis skills with the ability to build and review three way financial models.
