You will be tertiary qualified with a business, accounting or finance related degree and be an experienced credit risk professional with 5-10 years’ relevant experience within a local institutional, or global investment bank. And with a strong knowledge of risk analysis and financing investment and sub-investment grade corporates where traditional capital markets are not accessible. Typical transactions are complex leveraged loans that include providing liquidity for distressed borrowers, M&A sponsor financing, subordinated holding company structures, share backed financing and commercial real estate lending.
