My client is a highly regarded, market-leading investment bank seeking an Analyst and Associate to join their highly successful corporate advisory team. The business has an enviable presence and track record both locally and abroad and have advised on many high profile transactions for top-tier clients here over the last few years. Due to continued growth and success of the business, there is now the opportunity for an Analyst and an Associate to join the team in Sydney.

Working with a team of seasoned bankers, you will develop your financial modelling and transaction execution skills with the view of eventually leading key transactions for the team and build towards having a high level of responsibility and accountability with client interaction, including engaging in commercial and strategic conversations with clients and industry leaders.
Successful candidates will have approximately 2-5 years’ relevant experience within a transactional/ M&A/corporate finance context from corporate advisory, a Big 4 CA firm (Valuations, M&A, Business Modelling or Transaction Services), lender or other similar top-tier environment. You will have some experience and exposure to deals, possess solid technical and MS Excel skills, have a familiarity with transaction documentation and be able to put together an impactful presentation for clients. Demonstrated numerical ability and commercial nous are mandatory to succeed in this role. The successful candidate will bring a high level of attention to detail, a desire to learn & develop and strong communication skills.

Senior Analyst / Associate Project Finance

Opportunity exists to join this leading International Bank in their established and successful Sydney office. With a large presence across the Australian Corporate and Institutional Banking market, they are recognised as leader in the provision of Project Finance solutions to a diverse client base. Working as part of a credible and experienced team, the role holder will be required to support the team with managing all aspects of a large and diversified portfolio of Project Finance exposures and to ensure the efficient analysis and subsequent execution of all newly originated transactions as well as ongoing portfolio management work.
