Our client is a highly regarded international bank, with a well-established and successful Australian business. They are currently looking to add an Associate to their Corporate & Leveraged Finance team in Sydney.
As an Associate you will be part of a small team dedicated to supporting corporate and leveraged finance transactions (including LBO, unitranche and TLB’s). You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with sponsors/issuers, as well as internal and external stakeholders. Working directly for highly experienced Directors and Managing Directors, this role represents an opportunity to be part of high-profile market transactions, with the ability work across a broad range of transactions.
To be successful, you will have 3-5 years’ experience working in a Leveraged or Project Finance team at a bank and have completed a relevant tertiary education in Finance, Economics or similar. A solid understanding of credit analysis and financial modelling is crucial, as is deal execution and documentation experience.
You need to be a confident communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced energetic global banking environment with high-level client and transaction exposure.
