Upcoming opportunities for strategic CFO’s and Finance Directors

We are working with a select group of Private Equity firms, assisting in the hiring of key executives for their portfolio companies.

As the CFO of a Private Equity / Private Capital backed company, these positions require someone to be both strategic and operational – acting as an integral partner across various functional and divisional facets of the business, whilst still driving the implementation of processes, procedures and systems to make sure the company reaches its goals and next phase. Unlike the role of a “control” type CFO, a strategic CFO will be growth oriented with a forward thinking view of the business and entity. Often seen as the conduit between the Portfolio Company and PE firm – reporting financial results, working out capital structure issues and M&A opportunities

Successful applicants will have proven experience as an enterprise-level CFO – having had full ownership across all functions of finance within the organisation coupled with managing corporate development and strategic initiatives. Prior Fund, PE and M&A experience is not mandatory however would be looked upon favourably.

Applicants must have full working rights already in place for Australia to be considered for these opportunities.
