Great opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a well-established and growing organisation in Australia, to assist in deal origination and execution of project finance transactions including taking responsibility for credit submission & approval, legal documentation and financial modelling. You will be responsible for overseeing due diligence work streams (technical, legal, tax and accounting and insurance) and financial modelling prepare/review financial models and run sensitivities. You will also take a key role in assisting in preparing marketing material and undertaking research as requested.
The successful candidate will have appropriate tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Finance and ideally post graduate qualifications with 2-5 years’ experience in corporate/institutional banking or project finance, but would also consider someone with structured or asset finance, or from a rating or advisory background. You will also have strong analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative manner and well-developed credit analysis skills.
Strong work ethic with high quality, accurate professional output and ability to work under tight timeframes is essential.
You must have full working rights for Australia to be considered for this role.
