2022 marks 25 years since Jon established his own specialist search firm – and Jon Michel Executive Search was born.
Back in the days when our logo had a pair of glasses which we lost somewhere along the way, and when we also used to send and receive CV’s by fax (yes, really). Technology advancements aside, Jon and the JMES team have amassed a vast amount of knowledge and experience in that time covering investment banking & global markets, private & public capital, principal finance, alternative investments & corporate development from Analyst level through to Managing Director.
25 years also includes establishing many long-term relationships and friendships with people now in the big chairs (perhaps even rocking chairs) who were only making their first steps towards those chairs when we first met them. We continue to be thankful to those clients that have supported JMES and those candidates who we have supported in their careers over the past 25 years.
