We’ve already had a number of freshly minted CVs come in from those looking to follow in her esteemed footsteps.
A combination of those determined to make a career shift of sorts and committing to put the required time and energy to pull that off as well as those who
simple can’t face a return to a “challenging” work environment, whether that be due to a toxic culture, poor company performance or simply time for a
change.
In addition, we expect a healthy number of junior bankers to follow suit post bonus. With borders well and truly open, delayed travel plans can be pulled off
the shelf and dusted off or job searches in foreign lands kicked off.
