Lucy Stiff

Lucy has worked in executive search since 2022, beginning her career in the UK where she specialised in Commodities and Fixed Income Sales & Trading. She covered sell-side and buy-side clients across Europe and the Middle East, including Trading Houses, Banks, Hedge Funds and Utilities companies. In 2024, Lucy moved to Australia and joined JMES where she focuses on their junior to mid-level hires across Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory. She studied at the University of Liverpool where she holds a BA in Hispanic Studies, including Spanish and Portuguese languages.
