We’re proud to say that we consistently received high marks for our performance for a range of criteria including knowledge, quality and transparency. On average our Consultants scored a healthy 9/10 for search processes across our funds, banking & advisory, C-suite and corporate specialisations – check out the graph below for just how well we scored for each category.
While a recruitment process might not be quite the same as going into battle, it can be a competition – against time, the availability of candidates, complicated internal processes and sometimes against the clients themselves.
