We’re glad to say that most, if not all, of our feedback is positive. However, we recently had some post-placement feedback from a client that was especially gratifying to receive.
The client in question had been in the market for a number of hires for over 12 months . They had used various recruiters, but without success. The JMES consultant in question pursued the roles, pitched a revamped and exclusive hiring strategy on their behalf and went to market. We’re pleased to report that 3/4 months later we’ve successfully placed two high-calibre, culturally aligned candidates leaving a very happy client as you can see below. Happy days!

Consultant and the broader JMES team were able to manage a timely process including communicating availability of key JMES team members such that we did not have delays. Also appreciate management of candidate expectations on timing given our desire to assess final round candidates alongside each other. Process to secure our two Director candidates concluded significantly quicker than if we had gone direct to market.
