They are currently seeking talent at the Associate level to join the team. In this role, your responsibilities will include supporting deal origination and execution efforts for transactions across various sectors, including TMT, Healthcare, Financial Sponsors & Industrials. This will be through valuation and financial modelling, performing strategic and market analysis, preparing critical board-level documentation, and managing client relationships. Working alongside highly respected industry specialists, you will benefit from exceptional mentoring with significant opportunities for professional development.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Between 3-6 years of M&A/Corporate Finance experience from an Investment Bank or Corporate Advisory firm
• Strong financial modelling & financial analysis experience
• Strong integrity & work ethic
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance of related disciplines
