JMES is working with a highly regarded Private Equity Fund as they seek to add 2 key executives to their Investment team. These are newly created roles and can either be at the Analyst or Associate level. The fund continues to be highly active across deployment, exits and portfolio work giving the team a genuine opportunity to build exposure across the full lifecycle of Private Equity investing. As an Analyst / Associate you will work across the full lifecycle of Private Equity investing including sourcing and acquiring investment opportunities, working with portfolio companies to ensure delivery of strategic and operational transformation and working with the team to continue to drive performance of the Fund, ensuring positive commercial and cultural outcomes. Successful applicants will likely have between 2 and 5 years’ work experience gained from Private Equity, transactional corporate finance (either in an investment bank, independent advisory firm or top tier CA firm) or from management consulting and may also have gained some experience in accounting to complement your other experience. You will have a strong academic track record and will be able to display a high level of curiosity as a key personal characteristic. You will be self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse but like-minded group of individuals.
