About the Opportunity
Director – Infrastructure Asset Management

• Unique infrastructure investment portfolio

• Lead & drive asset management across the business

• Melbourne base

Our client is a unique investor in social infrastructure, both developing greenfield projects and acquiring brownfield assets across Australia. They are looking to expand their Melbourne team with a Director, Asset Management & Finance who will play a key role in managing their portfolio of direct investments.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

• Drive additional value from the ownership of direct assets

• Reduce ongoing asset management intensity for the direct investment teams

• Lead the development of internal asset management activities

• Build & manage the initial & ongoing operational due diligence activities across both directly held & externally managed strategies

• Lead initiatives to optimise the value of the investment portfolio through the identification of value enhancement initiatives

The successful candidate will likely have 8-15+ years’ experience across greenfield infrastructure advisory, asset management, lending or infrastructure funds. You will also bring:

• Meaningful PPP sector experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline, ideally with postgraduate qualifications (CA preferred)

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of internal & external stakeholders

• Excellent analysis & commercial skills
