This Private Equity team offers the rare opportunity to invest across both growth focused mid-market and large cap buy-out opportunities. As part of a globally capable, institutional investment manager, this firm has a highly regarded team of investment professionals and is now seeking to add a further Investment Analyst / Associate. A cohesive team that has a supportive culture and a focus on high-conviction investing across the technology healthcare and business services sectors, this represents an opportunity to join a team with a mandate to help scale businesses by providing deep, high-impact operational support to drive long term value creation.

As an Analyst / Associate you’ll support the senior team with contribution to the full investment lifecycle, including evaluating opportunities, conducting research, developing recommendations, participating in commercial discussions and deal execution work. This is an opportunity to establish a career within Private Equity and work within a collegiate team of highly regarded investment professionals while gaining experience across the full investment process from origination through to execution.

The successful candidate will have:

• Ideally 2-4 years’ experience in transactional M&A gained from a global investment bank or leading advisory firm, or management consulting experience from a top tier firm

• A genuine interest in private equity investing & a deep commercial sense of what drives value in a business

• Strong integrity & work ethic with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
