Based in Sydney, the Operating Partner will report to the CEO and Board and be responsible for building the organic growth engine, designing implementation plans for specific value creation levers, and tracking impact. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the broader investment team for initial integration support of Industrial services businesses into the broader platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Building the organic growth engine
• Develop & standardise a "Growth Playbook" to implement at newly acquired businesses
• Identify new growth levers for the business, support those initiatives & track success & KPIs
• Work with Investment team to ensure new acquisitions have a well-defined integration plan & successfully execute/implement that plan
• Ensuring successful platform standup until the broader team is built out, including tech stack selection & hiring at the platform & partner business level
• Serve as a key component of providing support to Regional CEO & GM’s
