This newly created Head of Corporate Development role reports directly to the CEO of a private equity backed technology and communications company. Based in Sydney, this highly impactful role will work alongside a high quality and energised executive team.
Considered as the right-hand person to the CEO, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities associated with the company’s growth mandate in Australia and internationally – including a multitude of organic and acquisitive opportunities already identified both here and across the UK, Europe and the US.
This role will also be responsible for establishing joint ventures, alliances and other commercial partnerships where appropriate, along with ad-hoc special projects as required. Taking an active role in business transformation will also form part of your busy remit.
We seek an energetic and focussed team player with sound judgment who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the detail while subscribing to the collaborative and service oriented cultural values listed above.
Candidates are likely to have 8 – 15 years of experience gained in corporate advisory, investment banking, corporate development or private equity or a combination of these disciplines.
