Our client is a rapidly growing specialised credit fund manager in the loan syndication market supporting financial transactions in a wide range of sectors and industries including: aviation, shipping, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, acquisition and leveraged, corporate, real estate and project finance. This role offers exposure to global loan syndicate and origination teams across top-tier investment and commercial banks throughout Australia, Asia Pacific, UK, Europe and North America.
They are currently seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to join their specialised credit investment team, providing credit analysis for structured finance transactions. Your responsibilities include:
• Preparing credit papers & underwriting memos for credit risk exposure
• Monitoring portfolio performance, including covenant compliance & reporting
• Customer engagement through transaction execution, risk selection & pricing
• Financial Analysis
• Financial Modelling & Sensitivity Analysis
The ideal candidate will have:
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in corporate, project or leveraged finance at a bank, ratings advisory firm or credit fund
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related disciplines
• Strong financial modelling & analysis skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong integrity & work ethic
